1. Apple Released iOS 11.2.6 Update To Fix The Telugu Character Bug that Caused iOS running device's Apps To Crash.

Apple Today released an update to its iOS running devices to fix the Telugu character bug which caused the Apps of iOS to crash. The bug which has been detected lat week caused a serious problem on iOS devices. Apple announced officially that it will give an update to fix this bug soon. As said , Today released the Fix Update 11.2.6 .

Since the bug not only affected the iOS devices but also affected Safari, and built-in meaasges app in macOS, Apple watch , an update has been rolled put to all the operating system (watchOS,tvOS,macOS).

Apple doesn't referred Telugu in the bug fix, and we know thet the bug can be replicated in other languages as well,which experts recently highlighted. lets hope Apple solved the root cause of  this problem.



2. Xiaomi's India Web Store doesn't have a Secure Payments Page.

Recently in January , the details of Saved credit cards of  40,000 Oneplus users in the company's website has been breached. Following this until it fixes this problem,the credit card payments has been stopped by Oneplus.

Now the India's most trusted Chinese brand Xiaomi in the same way. The payments Page URL of Xiaomi (www.buy.mi.com) has been reorted as "NOT SECURE " by Chrome and Firefox.While the company says the payments are 100% safe. The browsers pops-up and says "Don't enter any sensitive information" such as credit and debit card details as they can be hijacked.

Since Xiaomi Launched its most expected smartphones of the year , many of us will buy through the Mi Store(mi.com).

Beware of entering your Sensitive Information on any online platforms.


3. The Newer Update of mAadhaar App is also an uglier update.

The Government of India's initiative , mAadhaar App can be used to view you and your family's(max. 3 memebers)  Aadhaar profile, Share Aadhaar e-kyc , And you can even "lock /unlock your biometic data stored in Aadhaar database to prevent misuse of your biometrics.

While Aadhaar is an that much important document as of now , its safety is also an important factor to consider. Recently there are many complaints arised that the Details of Aadhaar has been leaked, The Govt. says that the Aadhaar database is highly secured and details can't be hijacked or leaked.

Recent Update of mAadhaar App proved the Security illness of Aadhaar database. The App update says you have to uninstall the older version to install the newer version and to work without any misbehaving. It is good. BUt the Recent App Also sometimes says"Unable to get Response " when you try to enter your Aadhaar Number and when you use another service an sometimes says
" Unfortunately app Has stopped".

These much Bigger and Important document's App misbehaving means , Its a shit. While the developers of this App can't handle to develop a bug-free version of this App, How they will protect the Aadhaar Database safely in the days of increasing malwares day by day.

In this situation , the Govt. is planning to launch the mAadhaar App for iOS paltform.


4. You Can Still get Back The Old SnapChat UI on Android.

 The redesigned version of which began hitting beta testers back in November is finally rolling out to a wide range of users across the world. But the new design has earned severe criticism and even high profile users criticizing the redesigned UI for stories and chat.

Unfortunately for many of these users , Snapchat is not about to revert the Old UI any time soon, the only way is to grin and bear the old look. However you can still bring the Old UI on ANdroid.

Follow these Steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the SnapChat App.

Step 2: Download the latest version for old design.

The new update is a server side update and doen't point to a specific version, but it still targets to a specific version.Unless you grab the latest one before snapchat began testing the new design.

The newer version can be downloaded from www.apkmirror.com .

Step 3: If you didn't enabled the unknown sources,you can't install the app. Go to settings and enable it . The option can be found on Settings>Security option.

Step 4: Install the downloaded App.

Step 5: Disable the Automatic Update option for the App from playstore.

To do this visit playstore and the tap the three-dot menu on top-right corner and the uncheck Auto-update.
But you can't get any of the latest updates for snapChat.


5. DoT's Net Neutrality , 5G in India, In-flight connectivity Decisions coming Next MOnth.

National Telecom Policy 2018:

The first day of NTP will be out in the coming weeks, and the biggest agenda will be the "allocation of 5G spectrum". Apart from 5G , the DoT is also pushing the conversion for Fiber based Networks.

For the first time the govt. will be auctioning the spectrum in 3300-3400 MHz and 3400-3600 MHz as it expects the next level deployment of cellular networks by 2020.

The TRAI has recently released its recommendation for NTP, along with a Target if $100 Billion investment by 2022 , which will create 2 million new jobs.

Net Neutrality:

Among other highlights of the Agenda will be the recommendations on net neutrality. The industry body, Cellular Operators Association of India(COAI), has its recommendations prepared. It has suggested that there is no universal principle and the concept of net neutrality is based on national Objectives.

The first step would be developing a framework which ensues same rules and pricing for the same service, COAI. The second recommendation would be binding telecos in regulations before the introduction of a service. Thus, it expects the Govt. not to include IoT under its new regulations for this segment.

In-Flight Connectivity:

TRAI recently gave the green light for in-flight WiFi and Cellular connectivity above the altitude of 3000 m that would allow passengers to access voice and data services abroad flights.

Initially, the users are likely have to pay a huge price for sending whatsApp forwards and Instagram feed mid-air. The charges are for 20-30 minutes of usages are likely to be between 1500 and 2500 Rupees. The signals are to be given via ground based transmitters or  Satellites ,so the costs are high or low depending on the above.


6. Chrome now automatically cleans up messy URL's when you share them.

when you copy  URL of a page ,it may contain some lines as the link texts , as they have many pages shared in their website.

When you send them, The link looks like a paragraph. The chrome recently released an update to the app version 64. It shortens your URL . the URL streamlining happens automatically when you share via Share Menu in Chrome(But not chrome Custom tabs). It you copy at the clipboard , you still get the full URL.

Chrome's URL Trimming will also remove anchor tags that load a page to a specific location. For example, if you share a "Today's Offer page link URL "of Amazon, it will trim the URL to load the Main page of Amazon. So, this feature sometimes is hateful.

7. Chrome Book Split-screening for Android Apps Now available in Canary channel.

Google recently added Split-screen to Support Apps in canary channel. This was a welcome improvement particularly on convertible machines with tablet mode.

You will need to be running canary and have the "enable-tablet-splitview" flagged turned on for this to work. One thing to note is , It is not a stable version yet and not suited for daily use.Its thought the stable version will be available at version 65 or 66.


8. Nuance has announced that its "Swype Keyboard" for iOS and Android has been Discontinued.

It also announced that The Swype keyboard with Dragon voice recognition combo App for Android Will get not further support.


9 . Adobe today announced that it will be setting up an Artificial center(AI)  in Hyderabad in India.



10. Vodafone today announced the commencement of trials of the world's first air traffic control drone drone tracking and safety technology.
