1. The iOS Concept Video shows what will be available with iOS 12 this year .

The Video by the way is a highly polished looking product ,shows of the iOS 12 features . The Video starts by showing off the newly designed apps that have frosted , translucent backgrounds depending on the wallpaper being used on the device. Messages looking good with the pink hue background.

The idea in the Camera app is with the 3D touch to switch between different shooting modes. we can switch between the video mode and the portrait mode even without swiping anywhere on the screen.

The 3D touch gives more power on hands, by showing off App 3D touch Menus that can be set to a dark background or the classic white background depending on what the user prefers. 

Apple iOS 12 to come with  a Smart invert colours feature , but is not the exactly dark mode the user prefers. There is a customizable lock screen mode ,such as the buttons on the bottom corners can be switched out to apps the user access often.

2. Google Maps can support even Very lower versions of Android ,iOS and etc.

As the developments in mobile worlds has been increasing regularly, due to security reasons some the lower end device versions are now not supported by most of the apps in all platforms. Google also comes under this category and it is regularly updating its Google Maps App to provide user with rich experience.

But Surprisingly the Google Maps works even on the lower end device versions without any problem. It runs on the Initial version of Android named 1.0, older versions of iOS named iOS 1,released in 2012.

The Maps didn't hesitate to work even on primitive JAVA phones. Even the "Street view" on it is also working fine. And the Shocking thing is that it works fine on the Palm Treo 755p , running on PalmOS ,released in the year of 2007 . The OS doesn't understand "Unicode" and freaks out it it sees anything other than the"ASCII values".

3. Huawei P20 plus and P20* - more specifications leaked ahead of its Launch.

Last week I reported in my blog that Huawei P20 will sport an iPhone x like notch with a vertically alligned cameras and  it is expected to be launched by March 27 . Now its more specs leaked. 

*The details are leaks and has not been officially Announced and it may vary a little bit.

Huawei P20 Plus:

- It will be powered with 4000 mAh Battery.

- It will be provided with an option to turn on Always on Display. 

- Sports an AMOLED display.

Huawei P20 :

- It will be powered by an 3320 mAh battery. 

- It will come out of the box with Android 8.1 Oreo.

4. Samsung Galaxy S9+ secrets leaked by a Reddit User.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ are going to launch soon in India. There are more leaks ahead of its launch and the leaks are always 70% true in all cases. 

A reddit user claimed that ,the  phone has been used by him/her for about 20 mins. He/she revealed that "The phone exactly looks like the previous S8+. The fingerprint sensor now on the S9+ has been moved to the reachable central position. 

The user also claimed that it also had an Stereo speakers , one in the earpiece and other at the bottom. One of the most talked feature of iPhone X is its Animojis. The user reported that the S9+ has its own rendition of talking emojis. It also has an 6.2" inch display and having an resolution of 2960x1440.

The Galaxy S9 will be having a single 12 MP super-speed dual pixel camera with f1.5 aperture and can shoot slow motion videos at 490 fps. 

The S9+ will sport dual-camers one with 12 MP and f/1.4 aperture and the other with 12 MP and f/2.5 aperture. The S9 is expected to be priced at 69,000 Rupees.

5. Real Asus Zenfone 5 caught on camera shows off Notch with Narrower bezels.

It is expected to be launched at MWC(Mobile World Congress) in Feb 26. The renders leaked recently  that the  phone will be with notch like iPhone X. Now,The courtesy of another source leaked that phone will be off-notch.

As the recent trend of 18:9 has not been supported by many Apps as on now, The design with notch in Android Will become a serious problem for the developers. It is better to have an Android without notch. 

The Zenfone 5 Specifications are

7. Netflix now has a Dating App that tells you you how long your relationship will last.

On Valentine's day Netflix introduced a website called "www.coach.dating" . The website leads you to an App called "Coach", which uses the "System" to tell someone how long their relationship will last.

                                                                             

The idea is based on the System from one of the Black Mirror's episodes titled "Hang the DJ".Once you head into the website, the App will give you a link which you have supposed to share with your partner. 

You and your partner have to open the link, and then you both have 5 seconds to tap(at the same time) , in order for the system to calculate your expiration date.

The website is quite similar to the real "system" on the TV show, where it matches people based on their compatibility and then tell them when their relationship will end.
